Why do I love my job?

I love my job because every day is different; I get to work with a ton of incredible people and guide them through what is likely one of the largest purchases they will ever make. I also get to negotiate on a day-to-day basis – it’s like mental chess, where every move you make sets you up for your next move down the line. And I’m good at chess.

What do I like best about the West GTA Estate Market?

There is something for everyone: whether you’re a first-time buyer looking for a condo with easy transit access to the Toronto core, a move-up buyer who wants to purchase in a good school district for their growing family, or the downsizer looking for a sincere community feel, west GTA has you covered.

What neighbourhood do I live in? What makes it groovy?

I live in Clarkson, Mississauga! Former Torontonian, current 905er. I absolutely love everything this neighbourhood has to offer: proximity to the lake, trendy shops and restaurants along Lakeshore, transit-accessible (downtown in 25 minutes, even at off-peak times), walkable (not too many places in the ‘burbs that can say this), and with good school districts. It has a range of property types from the accessible first-time-buyer condo townhouses, all the way up to the GORGEOUS luxury homes on the water. Most importantly, from an investment perspective, I think it’s a winner – it’s situated right outside of some really hot neighbourhoods so it’s only a matter of time before gentrification makes its mark here.

What Neighbourhoods do I often work in?

I’ve sold homes throughout Toronto’s core neighbourhoods and the GTA, but the west end areas are my speciality!

What type of properties do I love selling?

I love selling properties with a history: family home/first home purchase as a couple/first investment property. The real estate process can be emotional, and I love being the one trusted to walk my clients through the change in their lives.

Why am I the right agent to guide you in buying a new home?

Anyone can tell you a home has a nice kitchen, but as your real estate mentor I make it my duty to ensure you are fully informed about the state of the property. You already know the reasons why you like a home, so it’s my job to point out pertinent details that could have been missed or overlooked. My clients hire me because they trust my opinion, and that’s not something I take lightly – real estate purchases can incur hefty costs if your due diligence isn’t done properly, and that’s why my main goal is to help my clients make better real estate decisions.

Trust is a big factor in real estate; you need to make sure the person you hire to sell one of your most expensive assets has your best interests at heart. I have the backing of an incredible team who has the listing process down to a science (and when I say team, I mean an actual team of trained professionals and other support staff to make the home selling process seamless). But how I stand out from the ~50,000 other registered agents in the GTA is by wholeheartedly caring about my client. Putting their interests and goals at the forefront of every decision made, and by helping them come up with a solid plan that is going to predict the unforeseen circumstances to get us the smoothest sale possible. Overjoyed is the only emotion I want for my clients at the end of their sale.
