Forest Hill South is a quiet residential area filled with large detached houses and families. This midtown neighbourhood is bordered north by Eglinton Ave., east by Oriole Pkwy, west by Bathurst, and south by Lonsdale down Spadina to St. Clair. Forest Hill Village at Spadina and Lonsdale is a great place for shopping, as well as on Eglinton West. Many shops in the neighbourhood are high-end boutiques, catering to the affluent population. The schools in the area include some of the city’s most prestigious! With access to various parks and green spaces like the Beltline Trail and Cedarvale Ravine, Forest Hill South is a beautiful pocket in the city.

The area is mainly filled with large detached houses on big lots and offers beautiful scenery, thanks to gently sloping hills, tree-filled streetscapes, and numerous greenspaces. When Forest Hill homes were built in the 1920s and 1930s, it was mandatory that each was planned by an architect and that a tree was planted.
