What We : You read that right: wood-burning fireplaces in all the units at Pop Factory. The building is set back from Manning Avenue as well, tucked in behind some row houses virtually undetectable if you weren’t really looking for it. We’ve actually sold two of the six, and we are big fans.

What We Don’t: The smaller units don’t have parking, and street parking is competitive on the street. With only 6 units to split costs between, a major repair could be expensive.
