This rarely offered boutique 1+1 condo is in the centre of it all, while on a quiet residential street. It’s a city lover’s dream: 3 McAlpine Street. Perfectly placed between downtown and midtown – you get the best of all worlds.

Keeping away from cookie cutter, this unit is a gem. The layout allows for excellent flow and makes the square footage feel huge.

Two people can cook in the chef’s kitchen! With granite countertops, deep sinks, a dishwasher, new Frigidaire Professional stove, and tons of cabinet space, this kitchen has room to prepare meals together. The open concept flows into the living space as well, meaning you can host and entertain guests as you prep!

Rich hardwood floors run throughout the unit, while floor-to-ceiling windows (as well as an open view) bring in light to the open concept space! There’s a sweet Juliette balcony too.

The den is large and a great space to use for a work from home set-up or studio, separated from the living space with tinted double sliders. It would also make a great 2nd bedroom!

A true, spacious primary bedroom – it has a proper door that closes and amazing light from floor-to-ceiling windows! Need lots of storage? Then this space’s full wall of floor to ceiling custom built-in closets is exactly what you have been wishing for.

The washroom is an authentic 5 piece bathroom with a marble counter, deep soaker tub and walk-in glassed marble shower with rainfall showerhead.

There’s a new full size stackable washer and dryer in-unit, as well as a walk-in storage room located next to the parking space.

The upscale Neo Gothic building itself is well-managed, with 24 hour security and an excellent reserve fund. Other amenities include a party room, concierge, private courtyard complete with Weber BBQ, visitor parking, a guest suite and a gym. It is mostly owner occupied and there are only 73 units in the building.

Steps to Yorkville, Rosedale, Summerhill, Bloor Street, The Annex, and more. Escaping the city is easier than you think, with a quick drive up Avenue when heading north, down University to the Lakeshore, and Union + Porter. Getting on the highways can’t be easier – just a quick drive down Rosedale Valley Road!

About Yorkville

Yorkville is bounded by Bloor Street to the south, Davenport Road to the north, Yonge Street to the east, and Avenue Road to the west. It is also bounded by Burberry, Prada, Gucci, Hugo Boss, Vera Wang, Versace, Swarovski, Birks, Coach, Betsy Johnson, Hermes, Tiffany & Co; and Chanel. Sorry (not sorry) to all of you shopaholics out there!

Comprised of a mix of residential and commercial buildings, the Yorkville we see today is owed to its bohemian roots. It is most notably the breeding ground for Canadian talents including Joni Mitchell, Neil Young, Gordon Lightfoot, Margaret Atwood, and Dennis Lee. Yorkville was considered a pivotal nexus in Canada’s hippie movement. Ironically, its popularity with hippies and artists led to the area once being described as “a festering sore in the middle of the city”, and many calling for it to be bulldozed and removed.

No longer the case, international visitors, and ‘Torontonians’ appreciate Yorkville as one of the city’s most photogenic neighbourhoods. Today, it is home to some of the most beautiful restaurants, bars, nightclubs, clothing stores, cafes, and shopping that Toronto has to offer. It is also the stomping grounds for world-class hotels such as Four Seasons, the Park Hyatt, the Hazleton Hotel, and the Windsor Arms. As a result, Yorkville is where the well-heeled flock for spa treatments, business lunches, functions, weekend getaways, date nights, and shopping trips.

Enjoy the luxury and convenience that Yorkville offers – the walkability, lifestyle and opportunities of living in the centre of the city – combined with the beauty of the neighbourhood – makes for an everyday lifestyle that is so worth it.
