Toronto real estate Buyers have high standards and we’ve always believed that the only way to guarantee top dollar for a Toronto home is with staging. We’ve seen homes transformed by staging and sell for tens of thousands of dollars more because of it.
Years ago, we added home staging as a core service for BREL Sellers. What began as merely re-arranging furniture, adding pillows and temporarily re-homing our own artwork quickly transformed into having full-time staging and design staff, a roster of partners and a huge warehouse filled with furniture and accessories.
Today, we’re excited to introduce:
Yep, our staging services are all grown up and can now stand alone as a separate brand. UPstaging has its own website, with before/after staging makeovers, reviews and a staging/design blog. There’s also the UPstaging Instagram account, where our Designer Kiel will share the latest staging and design tips and trends.
UPstaging’s services will still only be available to Sellers who sell with the BREL team – we think our home staging transformations are such a big competitive advantage for our Sellers that we’re reserving that just for them. The good news: staging is still included in the BREL commission.
