This is attractive from a recreational standpoint, although living south of the Gardiner can leave you feeling a little cut off from the rest of the city, especially during rush hour traffic. We think it’s a small price to pay for the privilege of living in one of the most recognizable buildings in the city!
What We LOVE : Tip Top Lofts is one of the most iconic buildings – residential or otherwise – in Toronto. Home to professional athletes and celebrities as well as normal folks, Tip Top has some incredible spaces, with some of the tallest ceiling heights anywhere. Cyclists and runners will love being beside the Martin Goodman waterfront trail.
What We Don’t: Sitting right on top of Lake Shore Blvd, traffic getting in and out of Tip Top can be a pain. Plus there isn’t much in the way of retail or restaurants close by.
