What We : Close enough to the action at either Brant and King or Queen and Spadina, but far enough away that noise isn’t a problem, Sylvia Lofts is a great compromise for professionals who want to walk to work. The raised-floor bedrooms are cosy.
What We Don’t: Units on the lowest level of the Sylvia can be partially below grade, making them dark. The level above that is just above street level, so if you’re on or close to the southwest corner of the building, it can feel a little fishbowl-like with pedestrians able to look into your unit through the building’s big windows. Most units only have Juliette balconies.
