Geography is king here. Just two km’s from the financial district, urban professionals tend to devour opportunities to live and play so close to work. The neighbourhood is teeming with incredible restaurants, amazing cafes and a wealth of nighttime hot spots.

 

What We : Stewart Lofts is the prototypical King West soft loft: no amenities, cool spaces, and great location

 

What We Don’t: The “lobby” is pretty cold-feeling,. but don’t let it put you off. With the construction of the second Thompson Hotel Residences building, any of the north-facing terraces have reduced views, albeit of a nice building.
