This is a very stylish building that will have fans in anyone who loves clean, modern design. Suites feature open concepts, and exposed concrete walls, ceilings and columns are common with ceiling heights starting at 9 feet and soaring as high as 19. Amenities are limited, though the 100-foot long table that stretches across the courtyard flanked by oversized planters gives a whimsical feel to a stunning common space. High-end kitchen and bath finishes were standard, though the open nature of the bathroom layouts will appeal more to some than to others!
This modern jewel is located in prime King West Village and is just off Millionaire’s Row. Incredible fine dining and nightlife is omnipresent right outside the door, as is easy access to transit. King West is known for its vast entertainment offerings, and your options to play here so close to home as well as proximity to any downtown career make this an ideal option for the contemporary loving urban professional.
What We : Almost everything. If you like the idea of living in a Philippe Starck hotel but don’t really want all the traffic (a la Thompson Hotel Residences), this is your dream home. With Bar Buca in the building’s retail strip on Portland, things just got even better.
What We Don’t: We’re hard-pressed to find a negative, but it would probably be the fact that with buildings all around, you might have to settle for a courtyard view.
