Hard loft enthusiasts won’t love this, but family types or those looking for more spacious options that break the mold from recent trends will likely fall in love. Look at the lifestyle offered to you south on Roncy and the popularity of the local Sorauren Farm Market and you’ll find a truckload of reasons to love this location.
What We :Roncesvalles Lofts is a seriously green (not just on the outside, ha ha!), Dutch-inspired project. Some really large 2000+ square foot units are available, which is more than what you would get for a typical condo in Toronto.
What We Don’t: The design is so industrial I didn’t even realize it was residential at first. Some neighbours – like the next-door gas station – aren’t the most scenic, although the design made sure to focus inward for this very reason, and the courtyard interior is pretty Zen.
