What We LOVE: You can watch the soundstage set up at the MuchMusic stage from your balcony, but the street noise is still surprisingly not bad. Bar-goers from the club district just south rarely walk by the building.

 

What We Don’t: Parking is very limited, and the parking that does exist is on a New York-style lift system, which can be tricky if you have a large car. Oh and there’s only one elevator, so if someone’s moving in…
