What We LOVE:This is an interesting and well-thought out building, with unusual floor plans and design. The interior of the “C” shape coupled with the fact that units span from one side of the building to the other means you’ll always have one side of windows that’s quieter while the other is more lively. Facilities are great, as is the location, and there’s public parking. Penthouse units are spectacular.
What We Don’t: Units on the interior terrace floor have big outdoor spaces but it’s certainly not private!
