The 10 Morrison/Fashion District Lofts is a 10 storey soft loft building in the King West neighbourhood. The building is a hybrid of lofts and townhomes totaling 93 residences ranging in size from 570 to more than 3400 square feet – all with 10-foot ceilings. Freed developments, a well known name particularly in the King West area, is responsible for this L shaped building that fronts both Adelaide and Morrison Streets in Toronto’s fashion district.

What We :10 Morrison is one of our favourite soft lofts in King West – tucked away from the street, many people don’t even realize it’s there, yet you are literally 30 seconds from all the fun of King Street. The style of the lobby area says it all – understated and cool.

 

What We Don’t: With the recent completion of Fashion House condos directly to the south, many units in 10 Morrison have had their views blocked entirely, so you might be staring right into the neighbouring building. Inevitable perhaps, but still kind of a bummer.
