Why do I love my job?
I love my job because I get to help people achieve their dream of home ownership. Seeing my client’s reactions after they have just been awarded their dream home – it’s an incredible feeling.
Also, I have to admit that it’s a total bonus not to have to wake-up early every single morning – that’s pretty good too. 🙂
What do I like best about the Toronto Real Estate Market?
The non-stop growth and evolution of this industry is something I relish. The real estate industry in Toronto is an exciting place to be – I get to watch a once quiet city boom into the cosmopolitan ‘mecca’ that is continues to become.
What neighbourhood do I live in? What makes it groovy?
I live in the Junction and I wouldn’t have it any other way! There are so many reasons why I love the Junction but I think one of the main reasons is that I grew up there. I’ve seen it transform from a once ‘forgotten’, sleepy, and run-down area to the hip spot that it is now (for good reason). If you’re ever in the neighbourhood, let me know! When I’m not working, you can find me…
Wait a second….this is some sort of trick question…our team is always working! But, when I do have a little break you can find me playing shinny at the local hockey rink, reading at a local cafe, or just hanging out at home with my wife, cats, and a good T.V show (just finished Westworld and WOW…AMAZING!). I can’t forget to mention, that I am also an avid traveller – and try to go away at least once a year. Last year, I went to Tanzania and climbed Mount Kilimanjaro. Next up!? Peru and Machu Picchu…

Ultimately, I want my clients to have excellent resale value down-the-road. I keep these factors at the forefront of guidance I provide for my clients along their real estate journey.
