Why do I love my job?
I love my job because I get to help people achieve their dream of home ownership. Seeing my client’s reactions after they have just been awarded their dream home – it’s an incredible feeling.
Also, I have to admit that it’s a total bonus not to have to wake-up early every single morning – that’s pretty good too. 🙂
What do I like best about the Toronto Real Estate Market?
The non-stop growth and evolution of this industry is something I relish. The real estate industry in Toronto is an exciting place to be – I get to watch a once quiet city boom into the cosmopolitan ‘mecca’ that is continues to become.
What neighbourhood do I live in? What makes it groovy?
I live in the Junction and I wouldn’t have it any other way! There are so many reasons why I love the Junction but I think one of the main reasons is that I grew up there. I’ve seen it transform from a once ‘forgotten’, sleepy, and run-down area to the hip spot that it is now (for good reason). If you’re ever in the neighbourhood, let me know! I’d be happy to show you around.
When I’m not working, you can find me…
Wait a second….is this some sort of trick question? …Our team is always working! 😉 But, when I do have a little break I enjoy scuba diving, volleyball and recently this summer I discovered my love of gardening (don’t even get me started on my tomatoes! haha). Travelling and experiencing new places and adventures are my #1 passion though. Whether it’s weekend road trips or a month backpacking around Central America, I try to get away whenever possible. This year I was fortunate enough to do a road trip around Costa Rica and I can’t recommend it enough! It was so easy, safe and of course, beautiful!
What kind of clients do I work with!?!?
All types! Whether you are a first-time buyer looking to get in the market, or a hardened veteran investor…or maybe you’re just looking to rent or sell your home…I have seen it all. Each client and each home is totally different and I like that. It’s my personal guarantee to bring the same enthusiasm and work ethic to every scenario.
What neighbourhoods do I primarily work in?
The Junction, Bloor West Village, St.Clair West, Rockcliffe Smythe, The Kingsway, Etobicoke & Mississauga…
What types of properties do I love to sell?
The most important thing to me is that the property has solid bones, is in a great neighbourhood, and is the right fit for the client. Ultimately, I want my clients to have excellent resale value down-the-road. I keep these factors at the forefront of guidance I provide for my clients along their real estate journey.
Why should you hire me to guide you in buying a property?
Because I’m honest, real, hard working, and know a good investment when I see it! When I first meet with my clients I like to go for coffee and find out more about you – your personality, likes, dislikes, and goals. Real Estate is a business, but it’s also so much more than that. I like to develop genuine relationships with my clients because I know that finding a home is a personal thing.
Why should you hire me to sell your home?
Have you ever sold your home before? It’s stressful, right!? At BREL, we’ve all been through the process and know that it can be an emotional and tiring rollercoaster experience. That’s why we’ve developed one of the least stressful, most seamless, and most effective marketing & selling strategies in Toronto. At BREL, we work as a team – and have team members focus on the various parts of selling or marketing your house – dependent on what each team member does best. We have a staging team, people we trust to clean your home, people to market your home, professional property photographers, and someone dedicated to showcasing your home to our (exceptional and strong) online community. The list goes on…you want it..we’re on it!
It took us nearly 8 months of searching and viewing houses. I did not not feel at any point being pressured to buy. He gave the right advice and was very professional all the way.
He was incredibly through with any questions/concerns I had and very responsive to all phone/email communication.
I’m a very hesitant customer but he made me feel very comfortable and as first-time purchasers, we definitely needed our hand held a little.
