So I have a confession to make about this week’s real estate crush. Last summer I was showing a client a condo at 29 Queen’s Quay. The building was totally under construction on the higher floors. After seeing the unit that was available, my client and I somehow got on an elevator going up, not down, and totally got off on the wrong floor.
Or, in hindsight, you could say, got off on the totally right floor.
All of the units on this wrong floor didn’t have actual doors on them, so it was easy to see the views. I knew at first sight that this layout was going to be killer when it was finished.
And I wasn’t wrong.
RIGHT? OMG THOSE VIEWS. The deck stretches the entire length of the unit and has unobstructed lake views.
And that’s not all:
- 1,960 sqft of living
- floor to ceiling windows
- high end appliances
- caesar stone countertops
- the bathrooms, sigh
- 2 parking spaces
