As dog fosters with Redemption Paws, we get to watch literally hundreds of dogs transition to life in Toronto. We get updates about their progress every day in a private Facebook group, and we pretty much fall in love every week. Some of our favourite doggos though, seem to have been overlooked, and I don’t understand how they haven’t been adopted yet. So today, we’re featuring some of our faves.
Swipe through the slider below to see the featured dogs…who knows, one of these guys might even end up under your Christmas tree this year!
[Also: if you’ve been following our foster Lady Chantry’s adventures, she found her perfect family a few weeks ago: Ruth and big sister Abby. Now named Roo, she’s settling in well and loves playing (and bossing around) her greyhound sister.
My name is Almonds. I am the best lap dog! I'm looking for a loving home with people committed to providing me with socialization and confidence.
My name is Elwood. I'm bouncy and athletic. I'm looking for a committed person (or two) who are willing to dedicate the time to exercising and training.
My name is Honeybell and my foster calls me 'velcro dog'. I'm 30 pounds of pure love.
My name is Joe. I love making a cozy nest for myself out of pillows and blankets. I like to lounge around and take a few play breaks.
My name is Mazzy. I love napping on the couch or in my crate. I love every single person I meet and I'm cool in elevators too.
My name is ViVii. I love walk-time, learning new tricks and am obsessed with squirrels. I like to be the centre of attention, so I'm hoping to be the only dog in the home.
My name is Eureka. I love running and playing and I'm cool with dogs and cats (though I'm still getting used to meeting new people). I would do great with another energetic dog and a hooman who work from home.
My name is Raina and I've been with Redemption Paws for a while and am looking forward to meeting my real family. I'm super playful and love dogs.
My name is Whitley. I'm game for anything: cuddling, exploring the outdoors and getting belly rubs. I need a loving home that can provide a lot of attention and walks.
My name is Oleander. I love cuddling and going on runs around the block and would love to be somebody's exercise buddy. Looking for a loving and active home.
My name is Marcie. True to being a hound, some of my favourite things are sniffing and exploring. I love belly rubs and learning new stuff too (I'm really smart!). I'm looking for a loving and active family to hang out with.
My name is Adelina. While I can be shy and am still getting used to big city traffic, I'd make an awesome companion.
My name is Kiko. I love going for walks, napping on the bed, cuddles and more cuddles. Looking for any loving home! I’m very friendly but also independent. I respond well to commands and am potty trained!
My name is Ruby and am loving city life. I'm a sweet and inquisitive dog and love meeting new people and dogs. I have a lot of love to give and want to be by your side on whatever adventures you have planned.
