Our new listing at Gotham Lofts is just that.
You might not know Gotham Lofts – it’s a fairly unassuming building at King/Niagara, built in 1917 and used as a harness factory. The conversion to lofts maintained many of the original details including extra tall wood slat ceilings and exposed brick and beams while incorporating groovy common areas including the unforgettable leopard-print carpeted hallways.
Unit 514 is a one-level loft that has just undergone a major makeover -almost $50K of new stylish design. There’s a new spa bathroom, new hardwood floors, custom built-in bookcases and storage, new fancy appliances and a super-cool ethanol fireplace. The master bedroom is huge and features some of the best closet space I’ve seen in a really long time. Ceilings are an incredible 10 feet tall and there is exposed brick, beams and big windows. The owner has also had the place triple-soundproofed (which is especially nice given authentic loft buildings can be noisy). A parking spot is included, and access to a gym, boardroom and visitor parking is shared with the other residents of the building.
If you’re interested in checking it out, drop by one of our open houses this weekend (Feb 4 & 5) from 12-4, or contact us to book a showing!
