Take the real estate crush advice we are dishing out this week and buy this house before I do. I have just begun the journey that is known as TOTAL RENOVATION and already want it to be over. Full confession? This week’s beyond tempting crush is begging me to jump ship to escape directly to TOTAL HAPPINESS. This house really does tick all of the boxes:
- complete renovation of the entire property with a whole new addition? YES PLEASE.
- all of the BORING but OMG SO EXPENSIVE stuff done (CVAC, electrical, plumbing, furnace, AC). Done. No need to deal.
- And the very things that are closest to my bank account right now – all the things exterior? Don’t worry – the roof, eaves, siding are done.
- And all other things being equal when you have a kid – this house is in a killer school cachement district.
So come over here and sit by me and just enjoy the pictures – this house is big enough for all of us.
Sigh. The gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, the maple engineered hardwood floors, the stained glass, the potlights & french doors – make this custom home a gem. Add a 2-vehicle carport, a basement with a separate entrance, heated floors & a 3-piece washroom & you got this east end girl thinking this west end move makes A TON OF SENSE.

NB – Mel here. This house is only a few doors down from mine – we’d love another cool neighbour!
