You:

  • Obsessed with details
  • Experienced as an Administrative Assistant
  • Ideally, you’ve worked in a real estate office
  • Organized: you have spreadsheets for your spreadsheets
  • Fascinated by the real estate industry, but your goal is NOT to become an agent
  • Well written and spoken
  • Able to anticipate what needs to happen before we even know it
  • Comfortable with technology
  • Reliable, trustworthy and independent

What you’ll do:

  • Manage our transaction paperwork and administration
  • Manage our client databases (Podio and Mailchimp), team finances and metrics
  • Coordinate marketing (including data entry into WordPress)
  • Support our team of busy agents from your home office (occasionally at the BREL headquarters)

What you’ll get in return:

  • The opportunity to work with one of downtown Toronto’s top real estate teams in a busy (yet supportive) environment
  • Salary range: $28,000-$35,000 (depending on experience)
