If you played last week’s game of Guess How Much, you may have guessed that there were some lessons for Sellers in there – photos are important, and so is not getting greedy and listing your condo at more than other similar condos are selling for.

That condo listed at $575,000? It sold for $510,000 – and it took 70 days to sell. Ouch!

Today we’re going to look at a loft that I fell in love with earlier this year. Located in prime Little Italy in a former button factory,  this loft had it all: over 3,000 sqft of interior space, garden and rooftop terraces, 2 bedrooms and a den, 3 bathrooms, parking, high ceilings, a wicked spiral staircase…it was listed at $1,495,000.
