Meet Melanie Piche - Broker, Team Leader
I’m Melanie (a.k.a Mel). I'm a Broker and one of the Team Leaders at the BREL team. I think our tagline kinda says it all: No BS, no fridge magnets, no broken promises. I pride myself on being straight with my clients (even if what I have to say isn’t what they want to hear).
In my life before real estate, I was the Director of Human Resources at one of Canada’s biggest advertising agencies, where negotiation, strategy, and integrity were critical to my success. I use those skills everyday in real estate and there’s nothing I love more than a good negotiation. I’m also a marketing conference junkie and am proud of my geek cred.
I primarily work with Toronto Sellers who are looking for a one-stop-shop and want to sell their home for top dollar. I'm obsessed with finding new ways of connecting with Buyers and am especially proud of the fact that my listings get more views on this website than they do on realtor.ca. I'm also the voice of this website and blog and oversee marketing for the team.
While I’ve called Toronto home for 20 years, I’m really just a small town girl (living in a lonely world?), discovering the best of Toronto every day. When I’m not working in real estate, I can be found having a pint on a patio, cooking a gourmet meal, curled up with my Kindle (and my dogs) or packing my bags for a quick beach getaway.
